Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor.
Lying lips are an abomination to Jehovah; But they that deal truly are his delight.
Better is the poor that walketh in his integrity Than he that is perverse in his lips and is a fool.
That by two immutable things, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we may have a strong encouragement, who have fled for refuge to lay hold of the hope set before us
He that is faithful in a very little is faithful also in much: and he that is unrighteous in a very little is unrighteous also in much.
1 Timothy 1:19
Holding faith and a good conscience; which some having thrust from them made shipwreck concerning the faith
Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee; because he trusteth in thee.
He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; Who hath not lifted up his soul unto falsehood, And hath not sworn deceitfully. He shall receive a blessing from Jehovah, And righteousness from the God of his salvation.
Thou shalt not wrest justice: thou shalt not respect persons; neither shalt thou take a bribe; for a bribe doth blind the eyes of the wise, and pervert the words of the righteous. That which is altogether just shalt thou follow, that thou mayest live, and inherit the land which Jehovah thy God giveth thee.
Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment, in measures of length, of weight, or of quantity.
What man is he that desireth life, And loveth many days, that he may see good? Keep thy tongue from evil, And thy lips from speaking guile.
And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
Lie not one to another; seeing that ye have put off the old man with his doings
And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise.
A false balance is an abomination to Jehovah; But a just weight is his delight.
Herein I also exercise myself to have a conscience void of offence toward God and men always.
But let your speech be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: and whatsoever is more than these is of the evil one.
He that uttereth truth showeth forth righteousness; But a false witness, deceit. There is that speaketh rashly like the piercings of a sword; But the tongue of the wise is health. The lip of truth shall be established for ever; But a lying tongue is but for a moment.
A false witness shall not be unpunished; And he that uttereth lies shall not escape.
Wherefore, putting away falsehood, speak ye truth each one with his neighbor: for we are members one of another.
