Inductive Studies in Matthew – Small Group Studies with Discussion Questions
Join with us in studying the book of Matthew, the longest gospel. Matthew provides a unique perspective of Jesus, His ministry, His death, and ultimately His resurrection. One of the key features of Matthew is that he is writing to support that Jesus is the long awaited Messiah. He therefore uses Old Testament Scriptures to show that Jesus is the one the Jewish people had been waiting for.
Another theme of Matthew is the Kingdom of Heaven. Many parables of Jesus are recorded which describe the Kingdom of Heaven and our role in that kingdom.
Our study guide can help you in your own individual study of this book or as you facilitate a small group. The discussion questions can be used to aid personal reflection and meditation or to stimulate participation and meaningful conversation during a Bible study. Cross-references are provided for quick access to relevant Bible passages. And teaching points with observations are available for each chapter. The goal of our study is to encourage practical application and obedience.
We hope you enjoy studying along with us!
